Spelling

Our spelling program will begin in early September. Students will be bringing home a weekly list of 20 words, with 12 of those words highlighted. These 12 words represent the individualized spelling lists that students will be responsible to know. The first eight words follow a weekly pattern and the final four are 2nd Grade "No Excuse Words." On Fridays, all students will be tested on ALL 20 words, but their grade will be based ONLY on their 12 highlighted words.
